Gay Pink Taxi Weddings aims to provide the best possible service to its clients.

Minimum charge of £100.00 applies to all journeys booked through Gay Pink Taxi Weddings.

Provisional Bookings whether made at the time of viewing or verbally by telephone will only be held for 5 days.

Your Booking is confirmed on receipt of a Deposit not being of a lesser amount than 30% of the total price of Hire.

Deposits are neither refundable nor transferable.

Acceptance of our services is acceptance of contract.

No Vehicles will be permitted to commence hire until paid for in full unless otherwise agreed byGay Pink Taxi Weddings.

Any additional costs such as, extra time or parking charges must be paid in ‘cash only’ at the end of the hire. Extra time is charged at the prevailing rate in half hourly increments.

Additional instructions on the day of hire may incur additional costs.

All Vehicles are strictly non-smoking.

The balance of your booking shall be payable no later than 28 days prior to your Wedding.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings may in its absolute discretion without liability and without giving reason refuse to accept any booking.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings cannot be held responsible for any loss financial, professional, emotional, missed connection times, flights, trains, due to the Taxi not arriving at the pick-up address at the booked time due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or road traffic accidents or road closures, mechanical failure, riots, acts of god, accidents, illness or any other event beyond our control.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings cannot be held responsible for any missed connections i.e.. flights, trains, boats due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or road traffic accidents or road closures, mechanical failure, riots, acts of god, accidents, illness or any other event beyond our control.

Any quoted pick up or journey times are best estimates only and whilst it uses all reasonable efforts to convey passenger(s) to their destinations in the shortest possible time, Gay Pink Taxi Weddings shall have no liability if a pick up 
or journey time exceeds any estimation given or otherwise exceeds the customers or the passenger(s) expectations for whatever reason nor shall Gay Pink Taxi Weddings have any other liability to the client or passenger(s) in connection 
with the time at which the passenger(s) reach or fail to reach the destination.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings accepts no responsibility nor will it be held liable in any way for any unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical breakdown, punctures, accident, traffic jams or severe weather conditions. However, should delays 
occur or hired vehicles become permanently immobilised due to any of the aforesaid reasons or in circumstances beyond its control Gay Pink Taxi Weddings reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle where possible.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings shall have no liability for any damage, loss, costs, claims or expenses (whether foreseeable or not) incurred or suffered by the client or the passenger(s) by virtue of eventualities or occurrences or omissions including on the part of the taxicab driver outside of the reasonable control of Gay Pink Taxi Weddings.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings cannot be held responsible or liable in any way for loss or damage to client’s property, luggage or personal effects howsoever it is caused. Gay Pink Taxi Weddings cannot be held responsible for the return of any 
property left in the vehicle and the hirer is responsible for arrangements for the safe return of their property.

If Gay Pink Taxi Weddings cancels the booking it shall have no liability to the client or intended passenger(s) if it has used reasonable endeavours to fulfill the booking and to notify the client of the cancellation.

In the event of any cancellation by the hirer, Gay Pink Taxi Weddings must be notified in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations received within 60 days will incur a 50% debit of your balance plus your deposit will be forfeited, cancellation received within 30 days will incur 100% debit of your balance plus your deposit will be forfeited.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings reserves the right to terminate any and all services to rude and abusive clients

Normal luggage assumes that 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage per person, any luggage that the Taxi cannot accommodate is the responsibility of the passenger.

No food or drinks shall be taken inside any of our vehicles, the driver has the right to refuse any passengers that bring food or drink into the vehicles.

Only champagne supplied by Gay Pink Taxi Weddings may be consumed in our vehicles, any person bringing champagne into any of our vehicles without the prior consent of the company may be charged corkage at a cost of £20.00 per 
bottle.

No liability can be accepted for clothing etc. being marked or dirtied in any way howsoever caused or by any means during the duration of your hire. All vehicles have door locks and hinges which have to be greased otherwise  the doors could seize and fail to operate properly, Gay Pink Taxi Weddings cannot be held responsible for marks on clothing due to the said clothing coming into contact with these mechanical parts.

Any fouling of the Taxi by any passenger will result in a charge of a minimum of £50.00 dependant upon the severity of the fouling.

Hirers will be held responsible for any damage to our vehicles howsoever caused by the client’s or their guests regardless of cost for clean up or repairs i.e. spillage stains, sickness, cigarette burns or tears to fabric etc.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings will prosecute any person who causes damage to any vehicle booked through us.

The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he feels may be a threat to him/herself or the vehicle.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings reserves the right for our chauffeurs to refuse to drive over any object placed under any of the vehicle wheels, which is the custom of some weddings. Also, the throwing of coins or any other object, at the 
vehicle is strictly prohibited.

When the booking is a pick up from a wedding reception a maximum of 20 minutes waiting time is included in the price, any extra waiting time will be charged at £60.00 per hour or part thereof. (eg £1:00 per minute)

Settlement is due 7 days from invoice date.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings reserves the right to charge interest on unpaid invoices at the base rate of Gay Pink Taxi Weddings Bank plus 5% accruing on a daily basis and compounded on a six monthly basis from the due date until full settlement.

The client shall pay to Gay Pink Taxi Weddings any reasonable expenses (including those charged by debt collection agency) together with all legal and court costs incurred in the collection of any overdue invoice and the minimum charge in 
respect of this shall be £10.00.

Gay Pink Taxi Weddings reserves the right to alter or vary these terms and conditions in any respect at its absolute discretion upon publishing the relevant alterations and of the date upon which such alterations take affect on the  Gay Pink Taxi Weddings website www.gaypinktaxiweddings.co.uk

These Terms and Conditions override all others and Gay Pink Taxi Weddings reserves the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
